He is Sangka, the drunken wizard of wind
This is a redesign of my old original character. The previous version was too gothic for him, so I remake him as a DnD-esque buff wizard.
His name—Sangka Papatihan—is a rebracketing of the Sunda-nese word "Sang Kapapatihan," which means "grim reaper," from the root "pati(h)" (death).
